Message	Def not a rod if anything bearing noise its a main. are you able to pin point if its up at the head on down in the block. if its at the head i would say the cam gear isnt getting pressure for a while. Think most people are running 0 40 or 5 50 oil so it gets where it needs to go fast. what weight are you running
